You already paid for the machine. Why isn't it paying you back?

  • You pay for the agents.
  • You pay for the managers.
  • You pay for the leads.
  • You pay for the dialer, the phone numbers and the CRM.
  • You pay for QA, trainers and recruiters.

That's a machine. A big, expensive one. And every day you buy hundreds of paid agent-hours from it.

Here's the uncomfortable question: how many of those hours actually sell?

Because a 50-person call center isn't really a 50-person call center. It's a giant pile of paid minutes. Some of those minutes make money. Some support the minutes that make money. And some just... disappear.

They disappear into:

  • Ringing. Lots of ringing.
  • Voicemail after voicemail.
  • Dead air between calls.
  • Real humans hung up on because the system guessed "answering machine."
  • Agents typing "spoke to homeowner, call back Thursday" when they could be dialing.
  • Agents clicking through disposition screens.
  • A manager working out who showed up late.
  • A QA person hearing a small sample of calls and guessing about the rest.

Your salespeople can't sell to people they don't talk to. And you pay for every minute they aren't talking.

We don't sell you AI. We sell you more money from the machine you already paid for.

If you run a call center, you've said at least one of these out loud.

  • "My agents dial all day and the sales don't match the payroll."

You can see the hours. You can see the payroll. You can't see where the sales went. We can. We look at every paid minute and show you which ones sell.

  • "Agents quit, so I'm always hiring and training."

New agents cost money before they make money. We coach every agent from their own calls, every week, so new people get good faster -- and good people stay.

  • "Leads cost more every month."

So the leads you already bought had better get worked properly. We clean your lists, recycle leads by rules and make sure real people get real conversations instead of a hang-up.

  • "My dialer settings are a mess and nobody knows how to fix them."

Pacing, drop rate, caller ID, lists, call times, answering-machine detection. We tune all of it, and then we keep watching it every day. Not once. Every day.

  • "I can't see what my agents really do all day."

Who's logged in, who's idle, who isn't dialing, who's slipping. You get it every day, without anyone building a spreadsheet.

The fear nobody says out loud: the business stops making money, and you don't know why.

The dream: the same floor, 30% more sales, fewer paid seats, and you're home by 6.

We're here for the dream.

What is waiting costing you?

Put in your own number. Nothing is saved until you send it.

Example numbers filled in -- change them to yours

30% more of that is
-- a month
Every month you wait leaves this on the table
--
Over a year
--

This is simple math on the number you typed: what 30% more would be. It is not a quote or a promise about your results.

How much are you making a month? Now picture an extra 30% on top of that. That's what we're playing for.

The $10,000 Challenge

The 30% Or It Costs Us $10,000 Guarantee

30% more conversions in a 30-day measured trial, or it costs us $10,000.

  • We increase your conversion rate by 30%.
  • One setup week first (Day 1-7, not measured), then a 30-day measured trial (Day 8-37). 37 days in all.
  • Measured in your own CRM or dialer. Not ours.
  • Your starting number is the 14 days before setup starts. You see it and agree to it before we start.
  • At the end we check the last 14 days of the trial (Day 24-37) against it.
  • One number. One goal. No fine print games.

What "30% more" means:

Conversion rate here means sales per paid agent-hour: the sales your team closes, divided by the hours you pay them for. We measure per paid hour on purpose. Anyone can show more sales by adding more hours. We have to get more out of the hours you already pay for.

Example

If your team makes 50 sales from 100 paid hours today, that's 0.50 sales per paid hour. 30% more is 0.65 -- 65 sales from the same 100 hours.

If that same team brings in $100,000 a month now, 30% more is $130,000 a month. Same people. Same hours.

Most vendors ask you to trust them. We'd rather put $10,000 on it.

Why we can make this bet

  1. We've done it before.

    See the real story below.

  2. We've analyzed millions of calls.

We know where the 30% usually hides.

  3. You keep score.

If we're wrong, your own report says so, and it costs us.

What's 30% worth to you?

Example numbers filled in -- change them to yours

Today
-- sales a month = --
With 30% more
-- sales a month = --
The difference
-- a month, -- a year

Math on your numbers, not a promise. The only result we guarantee is the 30% in the Challenge.

Exactly what we do in your call center

Two levers. Lever 1: more selling minutes from the hours you already pay for. Lever 2: more money from every selling minute. Here's every single thing we do -- no "and more."

Lever 1

More real conversations from the same paid hours

  1. We set up and run your dialer for you. Your calls move onto our system in about 2 days. We run it, we watch it, we fix it. You don't need a dialer admin to babysit it.

  2. Full dialer tuning. We change:

    • Pacing -- how many lines dial per agent, so agents aren't waiting and customers aren't dropped.
    • Drop rate -- fewer people answering to silence.
    • Caller ID -- which numbers you show, and which ones actually get picked up.
    • Lists -- what gets dialed, in what order, and when it comes back.
    • Call times -- calling when people actually answer.
    • Answering-machine detection -- fewer real people cut off as "machine," fewer agents connected to voicemail.
  3. Watched every day, not set once. Lists, campaigns and connection rates are checked every day. When something drifts, we fix it before you notice.

  4. Lead list cleanup. Bad numbers out. Duplicates out. Leads recycled by rules, so good leads come back at the right time instead of rotting in a list.

  5. Call notes that write themselves. The call ends, the notes are already there. Your agents don't type "interested, needs to ask wife, call Thursday" anymore. They dial.

  6. Dispositions that fill themselves in. Sale, callback, appointment, not interested, wrong number, do not call -- and your own custom ones. Filled in for the agent where your rules allow it. Next call.

  7. Attendance and activity, done for you. Who's logged in, who's late, who's idle, who isn't dialing. Collected automatically. Your managers handle the exceptions instead of building the list.

Lever 2

More sales from every conversation

  1. AI scoring on every call. Not a sample. Every call. We check the opening, the script, the questions, objection handling, product knowledge, required disclosures, tone, talk-versus-listen time, closing attempts and missed chances to close.

  2. Scripts rewritten from your best calls. Our team plus AI study your top agents' best calls and rebuild the script around what actually works on your floor.

  3. Coaching for every agent, from their own calls. Daily scores for every agent. Weekly coaching notes built from their own calls. One talks too much. One gives up after the first "no." One never asks for the appointment. The coaching knows the difference.

  4. Learn from your best agent. We find what your #1 agent does differently -- how they open, what they ask, how they handle each objection, when they ask for the sale -- and show everyone else. Don't just tell a struggling agent what went wrong. Show them how your best agent handled the exact same moment.

  5. Sarah, our AI assistant, on follow-ups and reminders. Sarah follows up with your leads and sends reminders so booked calls and appointments actually happen.

  6. Manager alerts. When a number moves outside its normal range, your managers hear about it that day: what changed, the likely reason, and which calls and agents to look at. Not three weeks later in a monthly report.

  7. Daily results, hourly updates. Every day you get your numbers. Every hour while we're working on your floor, you hear what we changed. A daily lift chart shows your progress against your starting number, and you can open it yourself.

  8. A named person on our side. One person who knows your floor and answers you. Not a ticket queue.

  9. We run it for you. Your call center is managed hands-off by our team and our systems. You don't have to manage us.

Features don't matter. Sales per paid hour does. Everything above is just how we get there.

More sales per hour also means a smaller payroll.

Three ways, all real:

  1. The same sales with fewer paid hours.

If sales per paid hour go up 30%, you can make today's sales with about 23% fewer paid hours. Go up 43%, and that's 30% fewer. Grow with the team you have, or hold sales steady and spend less. Your call.

  2. Better agents, not more agents.

Every agent scored and coached every week means you find out fast who sells, who's learning and who isn't. You stop paying for seats that don't produce.

  3. The offshore option. Not required.

For some floors, moving part of the team to a strong team in Mexico cuts payroll hard. That's exactly what we did for the firm in the story below. If it fits you, we'll show you how. If it doesn't, we don't push it.

Example: say each agent loses one hour a day to notes, dispositions, waiting and admin.

50 agents x 1 hour x 22 working days = 1,100 paid hours a month.

That's about 6 full-time agents' worth of time (176 hours each) -- without hiring anyone.

Payroll savings

Example numbers filled in -- change them to yours

Your agent payroll today
-- a month
Same sales with 30% more sales per hour (about 23% fewer paid hours)
-- a month -- you keep --
At the high end, 30% fewer paid hours
you keep -- a month

Math on your numbers. The 23% comes from 1 / 1.3. It is not a promise about your payroll.

We've done this before.

A U.S. telemarketing firm in outbound sales.

Before:

200agents in the Philippines.

After:

120agents in Mexico.

Payroll:

down more than30%.

Conversion rate:

up10%.

Fewer seats. Lower payroll. More sales from every call.

That was a rebuild of the whole floor. The Challenge is about the floor you have today. Same playbook: find the waste, cut it, and make every paid hour sell more.

We didn't learn this from a book. We learned it running call centers.

Jason, founder of The Call Center Doctors
Jason, founder of The Call Center Doctors

About 12 years ago, we built our first call center.

We had a problem most people would love to have: we were generating 500 paid leads a day. And we needed a way to turn them into sales.

Leads were easy. Converting them was the hard part. So we learned it the hard way -- dialers, scripts, agents, coaching, managers, all of it.

We've owned call centers for almost 15 years now. The Call Center Doctors has been in business for 6 years, doing one thing: fixing call centers that make less than they should.

Along the way, we've analyzed millions of calls. That's how we know where the money leaks out. And that's why we're willing to put $10,000 on finding it in yours.

The Call Center Doctors

We're called doctors for a reason. We look at the whole patient: the dialer, the lists, the agents, the scripts, the managers and the numbers. We find what's wrong, we fix it, and we check that it stayed fixed.

Based in Houston, Texas. 12828 Willow Centre Dr Ste D #255, Houston, TX 77066.

After millions of calls, here's what we know.

  1. The best agent on your floor is already doing it right. The fastest way to make everyone better is to copy what they do -- line by line.

  2. Most lost sales are lost before "hello."Bad pacing, bad caller ID, bad call times and bad answering-machine detection kill conversations before an agent ever speaks.

  3. Agents don't need generic training. They need to hear their own mistakes next to their best colleague's win.

  4. Typing is the silent payroll killer.Notes and dispositions after every call add up to hours a day across a floor.

  5. QA that hears a small sample is guessing.Score every call and you stop guessing.

  6. Bad news travels slowly. Most managers find out conversion dropped weeks later. It should be the same day.

  7. A dialer set up once is a dialer going wrong.Lists change. Numbers get flagged. Pick-up times shift. It has to be watched every day.

Fast. Like, this-week fast.

Your calls can be running on our system in about 2 days. On Day 8 the 30-day measured trial starts.

  1. Take the Challenge (2 minutes).

Fill in the form. We call you back, and you'll get a text from us shortly (business hours).

  2. A 15-minute call.

We ask about your floor: how many agents, what counts as a sale, your dialer and CRM, your connection rate, how much after-call work your agents do, and how you coach.

  3. Sign on the same call.

Plain English, signed online while we talk. Then a short access form so we can get into your systems.

  4. Your starting number.

We take the 14 days before setup -- sales and paid hours -- from your own system. You see it and agree to it.

  5. Setup week (Day 1-7, not measured).

Your calls move onto our system in about 2 days. Dialer tuned, lists cleaned, notes and dispositions automated, call scoring and coaching switched on.

  6. The 30-day measured trial (Day 8-37).

Daily results, hourly updates while we work, a lift chart you can open any time. Halfway check on Day 22.

  7. The result.

We compare the last 14 days of the trial (Day 24-37) with your starting number, together.

What we need from you

  • Access to your dialer and CRM.
  • Your last 14 days of sales and paid hours.
  • One person who can make decisions and answers us within a business day.
  • Your agents working their normal schedules.

Every day you wait is another day of paying agents to listen to ringing and type notes. We can start in 2 days. Why would you wait 30?

Medicare and final expense

Medicare and final-expense agencies: this is your season.

Annual Enrollment runs October 15 to December 7. That's when your floor makes its year.

Every extra sale per paid hour is worth the most in those weeks. Every dropped call, every agent typing notes, every real person hung up on as "answering machine" -- it all costs the most right now.

We can have your calls on our system in about 2 days. Start this week, and your 30-day measured trial lands almost entirely inside Annual Enrollment.

What we focus on for Medicare and final-expense floors:

  • Dialer tuning for peak season volume.
  • Scoring every call for the required disclosures and the script, so compliance problems are caught that day, not after the season.
  • Coaching agents on the objections that come up most in your calls.
  • Daily results so you can steer the season while it's happening.

If your team sells by phone, this is for you.

2 agents or 500. Your own floor, a BPO, or a sales team dialing by hand from a CRM -- we can even build you a call center from scratch.

Take inbound calls? We make those agents better too.

The Challenge is built for outbound. But inbound floors leak money too: missed calls, slow answers, weak closes, notes typed by hand.

We don't replace your agents. We augment them: every call scored, every agent coached, notes and dispositions done for them, and managers told what needs attention.

Is your floor leaking money? 7 questions. 60 seconds.

  1. 1. Do your agents type notes or pick dispositions by hand after calls?
  2. 2. Do you know your connection rate for yesterday, right now?
  3. 3. Does QA hear every call?
  4. 4. Do you find out the same day when conversion drops?
  5. 5. Was your dialer tuned in the last 30 days?
  6. 6. Does every agent get coached on their own calls every week?
  7. 7. Do you know exactly what your best agent does differently?

Answer all 7 to see your result.

A quick self-check, not a diagnosis.

Three people read this page. Here's the part for each of you.

For the owner:

You want the business to make more money without more headaches. Same floor. More sales. Lower payroll. And a $10,000 bet that we deliver it.

For the call-center director:

You want a floor that runs. A dialer that's tuned every day. Every call scored. Every agent coached on their own mistakes. Managers who hear about problems the same day. And nobody typing notes.

For the CFO:

You want proof in numbers. One metric: sales per paid agent-hour. Measured in your own system. Starting number agreed before we begin. Daily results. And if we miss the 30%, it costs us $10,000.

Your data stays safe.

  • Stored on our own servers. Recordings, transcripts, notes and reports stay with us.

  • Never sold. We never sell your data, and we never use your customer data for anyone else.

  • Confidentiality built into the agreement. Both sides keep the other side's private information secret.

  • Your lists stay yours. Your leads and customer records belong to you.

Questions owners, directors and CFOs ask us

The Challenge

What is the $10,000 Challenge?

30% more conversions in a 30-day measured trial, or it costs us $10,000. One setup week, then a 30-day measured trial (37 days in all). We increase your conversion rate by 30%, measured in your own system.

What do you mean by "conversion rate"?

Sales per paid agent-hour: the sales your team closes, divided by the hours you pay them for. You tell us what counts as a sale before we start.

Why per paid hour and not total sales?

Because that's fair to you. Anyone can show more sales by adding more hours. We have to get more out of the hours you already pay for.

Where does the starting number come from?

The 14 days before setup starts, from your own CRM or dialer. You see it and agree to it before we start.

Who decides if you hit 30%?

Your own numbers: the last 14 days of the trial (Day 24-37) against your starting number. We compare them together.

Why a 30-day trial?

Because you shouldn't have to wait six months to know if something works. One setup week plus a 30-day measured trial -- 37 days in all -- is enough to prove it.

When does the measured trial start?

On Day 8, after the setup week. Your calls move onto our system in about 2 days of that week; the rest of the week we tune.

Is this a gimmick?

No. It's one number, measured in your system, with $10,000 on the line. Gimmicks don't come with a scoreboard you control.

What's the catch?

We need access to your systems, your last 14 days of numbers, a decision-maker who answers us, and your agents working their normal schedules. That's it.

Your dialer, CRM and team

I already have a dialer company.

Great. We work with whatever you use, or we set you up on our system and run it for you. We never ask you to trash your vendor.

Does it matter which dialer I use now?

No. Whatever you run today is fine.

Do I need to switch CRMs?

No. We measure in the system you already use.

Is AI replacing my agents?

No. AI augments your agents. It takes away the typing, the waiting and the guessing so your people spend more of their paid time selling.

My agents won't change.

They don't have to believe us either. Every agent gets daily scores and weekly coaching from their own calls. The scores show who's improving.

What if my numbers are messy?

Most are. We clean them up before we start, so your starting number is fair.

I don't have time for this.

You don't need time. We do the work. You look at the daily results when you want to.

How much of my time does it take?

One 15-minute call to start, signing, an access form, and one person on your side who answers us within a business day.

Do you work with small floors?

Yes. 2 agents and up.

And big ones?

Up to 500 agents. Bigger than that? Talk to us.

We take inbound calls. Can you help?

Yes. The Challenge is built for outbound, but we augment inbound agents too: every call scored, every agent coached, notes done for them.

We sell Medicare. Is this a good time?

It's the best time. Annual Enrollment runs October 15 to December 7, and we can be live in about 2 days.

Do you only work with call centers?

No. If you have a sales team dialing by hand from a CRM, we can help, and we can even build you a call center.

How it works

What do I get every day?

Your results, every day. Updates every hour while we work on your floor. A lift chart you can open any time.

Who do I talk to?

A named person on our side who knows your floor.

What exactly do you change on the dialer?

Pacing, drop rate, caller ID, lists, call times and answering-machine detection. Then we watch it every day.

Who rewrites the scripts?

Our team, with AI, working from your own best calls.

Do you score every call?

Yes. Every call, not a sample.

Who is Sarah?

Sarah is our AI assistant. She answers our phone line and helps with follow-ups and reminders. When you fill in the form, we call you back, and you'll get a text from us shortly (business hours).

When do I sign?

On the call. The agreement is plain English and signed online while we talk, so you can start right away.

Can you cut my payroll?

That's the aim: 20-30%. More sales per paid hour means the same sales with fewer paid hours. Better coaching shows you which seats produce. And for some floors, an offshore team is an option. Never required.

Trust

Is my data safe?

Yes. It stays on our own servers, it's never sold, and confidentiality is built into the agreement.

Who are you?

The Call Center Doctors. 6 years in business. Our founder has owned call centers for almost 15 years. We've analyzed millions of calls.

Have you done this before?

Yes. A U.S. telemarketing firm went from 200 agents in the Philippines to 120 in Mexico. Payroll went down more than 30%, and conversion rate went up 10%.

I tried consultants before. Why are you different?

Consultants hand you a report and leave. We run the work on your floor, show you the results every day, and put $10,000 on the outcome.

Take the $10,000 Challenge

2 minutes. We call you back, and you'll get a text from us shortly (business hours).
