How It Works
- You start at the Base rate of $5.00/hr during your ramp-up period
- Once your daily CAA average hits 1.5 or higher, you jump to $9.00/hr
- Every additional 0.5 CAA per day moves you up one tier (+$1.50/hr)
- A Client Accepted Appointment = passes QC review + prospect shows up
- Your tier is reviewed at the end of each pay period and takes effect on the next one

1st - 14th → Paid the 18th
Pay Period 2
15th - Last day → Paid the 3rd
At Tier 5 working 8hrs/day, 20 days/month = $2,400/month
