  • A Client Accepted Appointment = passes QC review + prospect shows up
  • Your tier is reviewed at the end of each pay period and takes effect on the next one

How does the pay tier system work?
You start at $5/hr during your ramp-up period. Once your daily Client Accepted Appointment (CAA) average hits 1.5, you move to $9/hr. Every additional 0.5 CAA per day adds $1.50/hr, up to $19.50/hr at Tier 8 (5.0 CAA/day). Your tier is reviewed at the end of each pay period.
When do I get paid?
Twice per month. Pay Period 1 covers the 1st through the 14th and is paid on the 18th. Pay Period 2 covers the 15th through the last day of the month and is paid on the 3rd.
What equipment do I need?
A computer with a stable internet connection, a USB headset with a microphone, and a quiet workspace. We provide the dialer software, CRM access, scripts, and training — all at no cost to you.
Do I need previous call center experience?
Experience helps but is not required. We provide full training including scripts, objection handling, compliance guidelines, and live coaching. Many of our top performers started with zero experience. What matters is your attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Is this remote or in-office?
Fully remote. You work from home on your own schedule during campaign hours. All training, coaching, and team communication happens through Slack and video calls.
What kind of calls will I be making?
Primarily outbound appointment setting for roofing, solar, and home improvement companies. You call homeowners, verify their information, and schedule an appointment for the client sales rep. You are not selling anything — you are booking qualified appointments.
What if I struggle at first?
