Roofing Call Center
Booked Appointments for Roofing Contractors
A roofing call center is a dedicated team that calls homeowners in storm-affected areas, confirms the damage is worth an inspection, and books that inspection on a roofing contractor's calendar. Call Center Doctors builds and manages that team in-house for roofing contractors, at 15-30 exclusive appointments per week.

The proof we control is published in full: unedited appointment-call recordings with transcripts and client video testimonials.
So is the analysis underneath it. The roofing objection benchmark counts which refusals homeowners actually give on storm-damage calls and which rebuttals survived them, and the outbound dial cadence benchmark shows how attempt timing changed whether the phone was answered at all. Both are drawn from our own dial records rather than from an industry survey.
The phone system, and you own it
It sits on your own server. No monthly fee per person, nothing to hand back, and nobody can switch it off but you.
It dials, not the rep
The system places the calls and hands your rep a live homeowner, so the day goes on conversations instead of on ringing and voicemail.
A local number on the screen
The homeowner sees a number from their own area code instead of a toll-free one, which is the difference between a pick-up and a missed call.
Numbers that stay clean
Once a number starts showing up as spam it is finished. We watch for that and swap it out before it costs you pick-ups.
12-Step Quality Control Process
Every call, every rep, every day. No shortcuts.

Recruiting: Bilingual Reps at 1/4 the Cost
Mexico-based bilingual appointment setters at $5-$10/hr vs $20-$30/hr in the US. Same quality. Same time zone. Fraction of the cost.
60-75% labor cost savings
01
Source & Screen
We recruit from our bilingual talent pool in Mexico. English proficiency testing, sales aptitude assessment, and background checks before anyone touches a phone.
02
Train on Your Scripts
More than 30 hours of classroom work, not an afternoon. Storm damage objections, how an insurance claim actually runs, and the towns you work. They have to pass written and spoken tests on all of it before they go live.
03
Live Shadowing
Supervised live calling before they are on your campaign alone. New reps sit with the best callers first, then dial with a trainer on the line who can coach them without the homeowner hearing a thing.
04
Perform or Replace
Reps who don't hit appointment targets within 2 weeks get replaced at no cost to you. We always have trained backups ready to step in.
Storm Damage Lead Generation
Targeted homeowner data sourced from satellite imagery, county assessor records, and hail maps. Your reps call people with actual damage on their roof -- not random numbers.
Buying the calls instead? Read what the roofing lead generation companies put in their own credit policies before you sign one.
Satellite Imagery
Google Maps satellite data cross-referenced with hail maps and permit records to identify storm-hit roofs.
Dedicated Data Team
Dedicated data researchers who compile, clean, and verify homeowner records by zip code for your target markets.
2M+ Records/Month
High-volume data processing at roughly 5 cents per record. Fresh lists loaded weekly so your reps always have new contacts.
Sales Training That Actually Works
Every rep goes through our roofing-specific training program before they make a single call for you.
They learn your trade first
More than 30 hours of classroom work on storm damage objections, how an insurance claim actually runs, how to ask for the appointment, and the words roofers use.
They have to pass before they call you
Written and spoken tests on the script, the objections, the rules and the product. A rep who cannot pass does not get on your campaign.
Then they call with a trainer on the line
New reps sit with the best callers first, then dial live with a trainer who can coach them mid-call without the homeowner hearing a word.
If you grade your own floor rather than ours, the sheet our QA team scores against is published as a working document -- the roofing call QA scorecard, line by line, downloadable, and unweighted so the result is a count of the lines that applied rather than a score we invented.
Integrates With Your Roofing CRM
A booked appointment lands in the system you already run, and what your crew writes back comes to the reps. Nobody retypes anything.

A Note From Our CEO
I started Call Center Doctors because I watched roofing contractors get burned by lead gen companies that sold the same leads to 5 competitors. That's not how you build a business. We build call centers that YOU own. Your reps. Your data. Your appointments. Nobody else gets them. If that sounds like what you've been looking for, let's talk.
Jason Shouldice
CEO, The Call Center Doctors
Is a roofer call center worth it at your size?
Most roofers asking this question are not running a hundred-seat floor. They are running a few crews, answering the phone from a truck, and losing calls on the days the weather makes the phone worth answering. The honest answer is that a dedicated floor is worth it when you can already sell more roofs than your current pipeline feeds you -- not before. If your crews have open days, the constraint is demand and a dialer will just fill your calendar with appointments you cannot service.
Where it does pay is the storm cycle. Demand arrives in a few weeks, every roofer in the market is calling the same neighbourhoods, and the winner is whoever gets a person on the phone first. That is a staffing problem you cannot solve by hiring in the same month the storm lands, which is the entire reason this service exists.
If you are not sure which side of that line you are on, the shorter answer is usually the right first step: get the calls you already receive answered before you pay to generate more of them. That is what a roofing answering service does, and it is a smaller commitment than a full build.
Where we already work
A metro earns a page here only when enough of our clients' ZIP codes fall inside it, and only when the storm record says it is a hail market. Each page carries that market's own severe-hail history from the NOAA/NWS Storm Prediction Center archive.
