What a call center consultation is
A call center consultation is a review of the phone side of your business, held with somebody who runs call center floors for a living. It starts from what you already do -- who answers now, what happens at 6pm, which leads never get a second attempt -- rather than from a pitch built before anyone looked. Most of it is questions. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need a call center yet, and that is a legitimate way for the call to end.
What we look at
- Your volume. How many calls come in and go out in a typical month, and where they come from.
- Who answers today. Who picks up, what happens when they cannot, and whether anything records the outcome.
- The gaps. Calls after hours and at weekends, and leads that were never contacted a second time.
- What it would take to fix. Keeping it in-house, outsourcing part of it, or having a team built for you -- with the trade-offs of each.
How it leads to a build
If the answer is that you need people on the phone, the next step is a call center we build, staff and run for you: the dialer and numbers, the scripts, the trained reps, the grading, and the day-to-day management. That is written up on the build page, and what it costs is on the pricing page. If the answer is that you do not, we say so on the call and nobody sends you a quote.
Book a ConsultationConsultation questions
- Does the consultation cost anything?
- No. The call is free and carries no obligation. There is no contract to sign to book it and no paid pilot attached to it. What it costs you is 25 minutes.
- What is a call center consultation?
- A working review of how your business answers, routes and follows up on phone calls today, and what it would take to change that. It is held with somebody who runs call center floors, not with a salesperson reading a deck.
- Who should book one?
- Businesses that already take phone leads and suspect they are losing some, businesses weighing an in-house hire against an outsourced team, and businesses running a call team that is not producing the appointments expected of it.
- How do I schedule a call with a call center consultant?
- Open the booking calendar, pick any open slot, and enter your details. The calendar shows live availability and confirms the 25-minute video slot immediately. Nothing to pay and nothing to sign to hold the time.
- What should I have ready?
- Rough monthly call volume, where the leads come from, the hours the phones need covering, and whoever answers them now. None of it is required to book, but it makes the 25 minutes far more concrete.
