Frequently asked questions
Do you take calls from social media ads?
Yes. Social traffic is welcome, from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more, when a real person saw an honest ad and dialed on their own. We do not take robocalls, and we do not take people who were paid or tricked into calling.
What counts as a paid call?
A real person who dialed on their own, needs the service, is inside the states and hours we agreed, and stays on the line past the call length we agreed. Wrong numbers, spam, robocalls and repeat callers usually do not count. We write the full list with you on our first call, before any calls start.
How long must a call last to count?
We do not have one fixed number. We set the call length for each deal on our first call. For reference, many buyers in home services ask for somewhere between 60 and 120 seconds.
Which states do you buy calls in?
Send us your states or ZIP codes on the form. We set coverage for each deal on our first call.
How and when do you pay?
Weekly. You name your price per call on the form, and we agree the price on our first call. Once calls start, you are paid every week.
Can I send call recordings?
Yes, please. A link to a few recorded calls or a sample ad helps us answer faster. There is a field for it in the form.
Do you take transfers?
Tell us on the form how the calls reach us: the caller dials in, a warm transfer, or a click-to-call button. We decide on transfers for each deal on our first call.
Is there a limit on how many calls you take?
We set daily limits, hours and how many calls at once for each deal on our first call. Tell us what you can send on a normal day and at your busiest.
Do you only buy home service calls?
No. We list eight trades because they are the most common, but we buy every vertical. If real people call about it, send it anyway and tell us about it.
