AI Auto Dispo
AI Auto Dispo: the result code, set from what was said
Your reps press one key when a call ends. The robot listens to the customer side, sets the result code in VICIdial and writes one line in the lead note. It is built to get 95% or more of its codes right, and in its first 4 days on a live campaign it set 3,600 of 3,887 results. A call it is not sure of goes to a person.
Outside the US? The booking form takes international phone numbers.
- Test lead A"Yeah, take me off your list."Do Not Call
AUTO: DNC (stop request; sure 98%) - Test lead B(no words, line quiet)Dead Air
AUTO: DAIR (silent leg; sure 99%) - Test lead C"Not interested, thanks."Not Interested
AUTO: NI (said not interested; sure 95%) - Test lead D(could not hear)Left for a person
held: no hearing
Staged example: test leads and test words. The note line follows the form the robot writes on real leads; 'sure' is its own confidence on that one call, not an accuracy figure.

What happens on one call
From hang-up to result code
Auto disposition means the rep stops typing and moves to the next call. Here is what our robot does with the one that just ended.
The rep presses one key
When a call ends the rep presses Appointment, Callback or Auto Dispo. Auto Dispo, or a customer hang-up, parks the call on a temporary code the dialer does not redial.
The robot copies the customer side
It takes only the customer's side of the recording. On inbound calls it takes the customer channel of the stereo recording.
Our own speech-to-text writes down what was said
The words are kept in memory and not logged. Silence is checked by sound level, not by words.
Why: speech-to-text tends to write "Thank you." or "Bye." on a silent line. A dead line is Dead Air, not a polite goodbye. It picks the result
Any request to stop calling wins over everything: Do Not Call, on the campaign's own list. A silent line is Dead Air. A Spanish speaker is marked Spanish. Everything else goes to a small model that picks the type: Hang Up, Answering Machine, Not Interested, Wrong Number and your other codes.
It writes through the dialer's front door
The result goes in through VICIdial's official API with the robot's own login, never straight into the database. The lead note gets one line saying what it set, why, and how sure it was.
Unsure means a person decides
If it cannot hear the call, cannot pick, or would have to change the rep's own note, it leaves the call for a person instead of guessing.

What a floor loses without it
A wrong code kills a good lead quietly
- 124
Calls in one day on one floor marked Wrong Number or Not Interested when the homeowner never said it. Our AI call center manager caught them by listening. Without anyone listening, those leads leave the list for good.
- 3,887
Calls in 4 days on one campaign that each needed a result code. Without the robot, each one is a rep picking from a list at the end of a call, with the next call already coming, and the nearest code is easier to pick than the true one.
The 124 is from Sarah, our AI call center manager, on a different floor (CCDocs floor coach day record, one solar call center floor, October 29, 2026).
Bring your result codes and one day of calls. We will show you which ones the robot can set on your floor.
Book a discovery callThe fair questions
Before you say yes
"What if it sets the wrong code?"
The note line says what it set, why, and how sure it was, so a manager can check any lead at a glance. And a call it cannot hear or cannot pick goes to a person.
"Will it ever undo a rep's booking?"
No. A rep's Appointment or Callback always stands. The robot never touches it.
"Do-not-call scares me."
A stop request beats every other result, and the robot can only add to the campaign's own do-not-call list. Taking a number off is always a person's job.
"Is it touching my dialer database?"
No. It writes only through VICIdial's official API with its own robot login, the same front door the dialer gives every outside tool.
What you need
What it works with
- Live on a real campaign now. More switch on as their reps are trained on the new keys.
- Reps keep the bookings. Appointments and Callbacks stay the rep's call.
- VICIdial only. It writes through VICIdial's official API.
- English and Spanish. Other languages go to a person.

Questions we get
FAQ
What do reps still press?
Appointment, Callback or Auto Dispo. The robot fills in the rest.
Does it ever change a rep's Appointment or Callback?
No. A rep's Appointment or Callback always stands.
How accurate is it?
It is built to set 95% or more of result codes right. When it is not sure, it does not guess: the call goes to a person.
What if it is not sure or cannot hear the call?
It leaves the call for a person and does not guess. In the first 4 days that was 287 of 3,887 calls.
Can it take someone off the do-not-call list?
Never. It can only add to the campaign's own do-not-call list. Lifting one is done by a person.
Does it book appointments by itself?
Your reps set Appointments and Callbacks. The robot may set one only after a second AI check agrees.
How does it write to the dialer?
Only through VICIdial's official API with its own robot login. Never a direct database write.
Where do the call words go?
Speech-to-text runs on our own servers. For the Appointment and Callback check, the words also go to an AI model through our own gateway. The call words are not written to our logs.
Can I turn it off fast?
Yes. Each campaign has its own off switch on our staff dashboard.
