AI call center manager
Sarah, your AI call center manager
She listens to every call on your floor, coaches each rep in private, answers their questions in Slack and puts them on Training through the dialer when the same miss keeps coming back. On her first full day on a live floor she scored 1,748 calls.

- Test Repwhy am i on training??
- SarahYou are on Training until 2:15 PM because you skipped the full opener on 4 of your last 5 calls. Use the time: say the whole opener out loud twice, the way you will say it on your next call.
- Test Repmy numbers
- SarahToday so far: 46 calls scored, full opener on 82%, script score 7.4/10. Great work -- keep it up.
- Test Repwhat do i say when they call us scammers?
- SarahStay calm and friendly: "No, I'm a real person -- this is [your name] with [company]." Never argue. If they still say no, thank them and move on.
Staged example: a test rep and test numbers. The answers follow the form of Sarah's real replies. Real reps' messages stay private.

What happens on one call
From hang-up to coaching note
A floor manager can listen to a handful of calls a day. Sarah listens to all of them. Here is what happens to each one.
The rep hangs up
The dialer saves the call with both sides on it: the rep and the homeowner.
Sarah turns the call into words
Our own speech-to-text, on our own servers, writes down what each side said.
She checks it against your floor rules
Did the rep say the full opener? Does the result code match what the homeowner said? Was there swearing while the homeowner was still on the line? Dead air?
Example: the rep marked Wrong Number, but the homeowner never said it. That lead goes back to the rep with a private note. The rep hears about it in private
Coaching notes and warnings go to the rep in a direct message, quoting the words she heard. Bookings and streaks get celebrated in the floor channel, and only after she checks the booking in the dialer.
Repeat misses put the rep on Training
If the same miss keeps coming back, she puts the rep on Training (a dialer pause) through the dialer's own controls, tells them why and what to fix, and takes them off when the time is up.
A person on our team watches her work
Through the day someone on our team checks what she did, fixes what she got wrong and changes the rule behind it.

What a floor loses without it
The calls nobody listens to
- 1,748
Calls in one day on one floor of 8 reps. No manager can listen to that many. Most calls on most floors are never heard by anyone after they end.
- 124
Leads closed out in one day as Wrong Number or Not Interested when the homeowner never said it. On a floor without her, those leads are gone from the list and nobody knows.
- 41
Warnings in one day, each quoting the words she heard. Without the words, coaching turns into an argument about what was said.

Book a discovery callFor your reps
What reps ask her, and what she does
Reps message her in the floor channel or in a direct message. If she cannot answer, she says she is checking and flags it to a person on our team.
"Why am I locked?"
She tells the rep if they are on Training, until when, and why, with the call that did it. If they are just paused, she says which pause and tells them to press Resume.
"My numbers"
Calls scored today, how often the full opener was said, and the script score.
"What is the opener?"
The exact opener for that campaign, word for word, and the line that comes after it.
"They called me a scammer, what do I say?"
The calm answer your floor uses, with your company name in it.
"My camera is fixed tomorrow"
She writes down the fix-by date and holds the rep to it.
"BRB" in the floor channel
She tells them to set the right pause code instead of posting to the whole floor.
For your managers
The rest of the job she does
Runs the team meeting
She runs the floor huddle in Zoom in her own voice: greets late joiners by name, asks for cameras on and mics off, and plays real call clips with no phone numbers on screen.
Training on and off through the dialer
She puts reps on Training and takes them off through the dialer's own controls, never by hand in the dialer's database.
Gives no-answer calls another try
Calls that never reached a person get a retry result, so the dialer calls them again instead of leaving them closed out.
Daily pages for the floor
Each rep gets a training page, and the floor gets a scoreboard and reports for the owner.
The fair questions
Before you say yes
"My reps will hate it."
Coaching goes to the rep in private, with the words she heard, so it is about the call and not about the person. Only bookings, streaks and praise go to the whole floor.
"What if she locks the wrong rep?"
It happened on day one. We released those reps and changed the rule that evening: swearing now counts only if the homeowner was still talking after it. A person on our team checks her locks.
"Is my call data safe?"
The calls are turned into words on our own servers. Clips played in the team meeting show no phone numbers.
"Does she run my floor alone?"
No, and we do not sell her that way. A person on our team watches her work through the day. Your manager stays in charge.
How she starts on your floor
What Sarah works with
- Live on a client floor today. A solar call center, one shift. We add floors one at a time.
- VICIdial. That is the dialer she runs on.
- Your Slack. Reps talk to her there, and coaching notes arrive in private messages.
- Our team behind her. A person on our team watches her work and fixes what she gets wrong.

Questions we get
FAQ
Is Sarah a person?
No. Sarah is software we built and run. She has a name because reps talk to her in Slack like they would talk to a manager.
Does she replace my floor manager?
No. She does the listening no person has time for: every call, both sides. Your manager still runs the people side. A person on our team also watches her work through the day.
Can she get it wrong?
Yes. On her first full day some Training locks did not hold up when we checked them again, so we released them and changed the rule the same day. A rep who disagrees can tell her, and a person checks.
Which dialer does she work with?
VICIdial, the dialer she runs on today. She reads the calls and sets Training pauses through the dialer's own controls.
Where do the call recordings go?
The calls are turned into words on our own servers. Coaching notes go to the rep in a direct message, not to the whole floor.
How many floors is she on?
She is live on a client floor today: a solar call center with 8 reps on one shift. We add floors one at a time, so yours gets a proper start.
Does she make more sales?
She goes after the misses that cost a floor its sales. On her first full day she sent 83 private coaching notes, caught 124 leads closed out wrongly and checked 4 bookings in the dialer before she celebrated them.
How do I start?
Book a discovery call. We go through your opener, your result codes and your pause codes, and tell you plainly if your floor is a fit.
