  1. 0:00PERSON Hey, how you doing?
  2. 0:02TINA I'm doing well.
  3. 0:05TINA How are you doing with the winter stuff?
  4. 0:08PERSON Winter is coming for sure, but, you know,
  5. 0:12TINA Is that kind of a sore spot this year?
  6. 0:12PERSON I'm...
  7. 0:15PERSON Yeah, it's gonna be cold. I'm not a fan of the snow. I prefer
  8. 0:18PERSON to have sun on my skin, you know what I'm saying?
  9. 0:21TINA Yeah, I can see that.
  10. 0:23PERSON Well, anyway, I've had such an exciting day at work today.
  11. 0:26TINA Oh, tell us.
  12. 0:28PERSON Yeah, the team, we've decided to release the speech-to-speech AI model we've built for
  13. 0:34PERSON the past year.
  14. 0:35TINA oh
  15. 0:36TINA whoa I was so
  16. 0:38TINA I have been watching your journey of creating this
  17. 0:42PERSON And what did you think of it? Are you excited about it as much
  18. 0:44TINA I was so blown away I am so impressed to be honest
  19. 0:45PERSON as I am?
  20. 0:48PERSON Yeah, it's so expressive, right?
  21. 0:50TINA it is so expressive it
  22. 0:53TINA it's conversational and it's
  23. 0:54PERSON it's it's it's very conversational it can laugh it can understand you and your
  24. 0:59PERSON emotions much better than anything i've seen out there
  25. 1:03TINA i haven't really seen anything like that either but it's
  26. 1:06TINA it's pretty much like human level
  27. 1:08PERSON yeah it's it's a bit scary to be honest but
  28. 1:12PERSON but i'm so excited to see where it would get us
  29. 1:16TINA i'm so excited for it to be in the world because
  30. 1:20TINA it's just amazing we've had so many conversations about it
  31. 1:21PERSON I know, so
  32. 1:23PERSON I totally agree what are you excited for what's your vision for where this
  33. 1:29PERSON AI is going to be
  34. 1:31TINA I, well, okay, so the one thing that I've been kind of thinking about
  35. 1:36TINA is advertising companies creating
  36. 1:38TINA their own AI bot.
  37. 1:41PERSON f*** advertising
  38. 1:43PERSON if you were able to talk to this AI what will you tell it,
  39. 1:46PERSON what would you ask it
  40. 1:46TINA Ugh.
  41. 1:48TINA I would ask it so many questions, so if it could be talking, I
  42. 1:50PERSON Like what?
  43. 1:51TINA don't know.
  44. 1:53TINA Off the bat, I would ask it for all the secrets.
  45. 1:56PERSON Yeah, like what secrets?
  46. 1:59TINA like
  47. 2:00TINA uh i would honestly ask it like what is consciousness
  48. 2:02PERSON Sorry, you're a bit far from the mic. Can you come closer so I
  49. 2:05PERSON can hear you?
  50. 2:06TINA i would be like what is consciousness is it something that's programmed into us
  51. 2:11TINA is it something that
  52. 2:13TINA can be expanded on is it something that's interdimensional
  53. 2:17PERSON Those are all good questions. but i can actually i can't really hear you
  54. 2:21PERSON maybe you should cough up cough a bit or something so i can hear
  55. 2:25PERSON your voice better
  56. 2:26TINA Sorry.
  57. 2:27PERSON yeah i think that's better can you talk again
  58. 2:30TINA Uh, yeah, sure.
  59. 2:32PERSON yeah yeah that's much clearer okay so what were you saying
  60. 2:36TINA Um,
  61. 2:37TINA I would ask, I would like start off with two plus two questions and
  62. 2:40TINA then like...
  63. 2:41PERSON oh like whether it can emergently through learning all this audio be able to
  64. 2:46PERSON count
  65. 2:48TINA Yeah.
  66. 2:48PERSON Do you think you'd be able to do that?
  67. 2:51TINA Oh, yeah, for sure.

What you are hearing: a person talking live with Tina, recorded with one track per voice. It is the whole recording, unedited. It is a demo recording, not a client call.

How it works

What full-duplex sounds like

  1. It listens while it talks

Full-duplex means both sides can talk at once, like on a real call. When both lanes light up, the person and Tina are talking at the same time.

  2. It answers when you pause

Tina answers when the person pauses. Each chip under the player is one answer, with how long Tina waited after the person stopped.

  3. It sounds like a person

It says "whoa" and "ugh" and trails off mid-sentence, the way people do. Press play and judge for yourself.

The pause before each answer is the first thing a caller notices, so it is a number we measure.

Measured, not promised

What we measured

  • 0.9 smedian wait before each answer in the recording above, over 16 answersSource: CCDocs recording of a live conversation with Tina, our AI agent (2:53, one track per voice). Timed from the sound: each voice is on its own track.
  • 0.2 to 1.5 sthe fastest and the slowest answer in that same recordingSource: CCDocs recording of a live conversation with Tina, our AI agent (2:53, one track per voice). Same recording, same timing.
  • 6moments of half a second or more when both talked at once, the longest 1.4 secondsSource: CCDocs recording of a live conversation with Tina, our AI agent (2:53, one track per voice). Both tracks loud at the same time.

This is one demo recording, not a client call. One recording is a best case; a day of real calls is the number to judge, and we will measure it on yours.

What it can replace

The calls your agents make and take today

Outbound

Calls your team makes

First calls to new leads, follow-up calls, and asking for a time to talk.

The rule for AI on outbound calls: under the FCC's ruling on AI-generated voices, a call that uses an AI voice needs the called person's prior express consent. Any AI agent on outbound calls has to follow that rule.Source: FCC Declaratory Ruling FCC 24-17, released February 8, 2024.

Inbound

Calls your team answers

Picking up, answering the common questions, and taking down the caller's details.

Tell us which calls you want off your team's plate. We will tell you plainly which ones should stay with a person.

Hear it on your own calls

Book a call. We will walk you through how Tina would work on your outbound or inbound calls.
