How Our AI Floor Manager Caught a Rep Faking 16 Appointments
Our best rep was booking 8 times more appointments than anyone on the floor. So we asked Sarah, our AI floor manager, a simple question: what is he doing differently? We wanted to teach it to everyone.

The callers had never heard of us
On our floor, about 85% of people who call in are people our dialer called first. Of the rep’s 13 inbound bookings, zero had ever been dialed by us. 12 of the 13 numbers came from outside the state we were calling, and not one was a cell phone. Most were free app numbers.
A secret number and a lucky streak
The rep had one private number he dialed by hand 9 times, 0 to 6 seconds each. Every dial showed that day’s caller ID on the other phone. Minutes later, “homeowners” called that exact number.
Our phone system sends each call to the rep who has waited longest. He was first in line at 12 of 13 bookings, odds of about 1 in 110,000. Short, silent call-ins hung up again and again until the call landed on his desk.
One voice behind fifteen homeowners
The calls had no room sound at all, and 7 carried a phone code used outside North America. Then Sarah joined 40 seconds from each of 15 “different” callers into one recording and asked a speaker-counting system how many people were talking. Fifteen real homeowners came out as 15 voices. His fifteen came out as 1.
In total Sarah ran 39 checks: phone records, line and room sound, 8 voice models and 7,877 transcribed calls. 16 fake appointments, 1 man, case closed in under 2 days.
