Meet Sarah: the AI Call Center Manager, and the AI Products Around Her
Sarah is our AI call center manager. She listens to the calls on your floor, coaches each rep, runs the team huddles and answers reps’ questions. Around her sit five more AI products, each built for one job on an outbound or inbound floor. This post introduces all six and links each one’s page.
Why we built them
Jason Shouldice, our CEO, has spent 15 years building call centers, and we have built over 300 of them. What we see on the floors we build and run: conversions double or triple, live answer rates run 7-12% (some floors reach 13-14%), and the machines reaching agents are cut by about 70%. Each AI product below takes one job off a person, so your reps spend their day talking to people.
Sarah, the AI Call Center Manager
Sarah, our AI call center manager, works the floor the way a good manager does:
- She runs the team huddles, in her own voice.
- She sends each rep private coaching notes about their own calls.
- She answers reps’ questions in Slack.
- When the same miss keeps coming back, she puts the rep on Training through the dialer.
On October 29, 2026, her first full day on a live floor, Sarah scored 1,748 calls, both sides of every call.
Tina, the AI Call Agent
Tina, our AI call agent, talks with a person in real time, and both can talk at once, like a real call. Hear one whole recorded conversation in our post on Tina.
AI Auto Dispo
AI Auto Dispo listens to what was said on each call and sets the result code in the dialer, so reps do not have to. In its first 4 days on a live campaign, from October 26 to October 29, 2026, it was handed 3,887 calls and set the result on 3,600 of them. It is built to set 95% or more of result codes right, and a call it is not sure of goes to a person.
AI Auto Opener
AI Auto Opener greets the person by first name, in your rep’s own cloned voice when that rep has clips, once our machine check hears a live person and they finish their hello, while your rep comes on the line. The person hears a hello instead of silence.
AI Call Screener
Some phones answer with a call-screening assistant that asks who is calling and why. AI Call Screener answers that assistant and waits for the person.
AI Answering Machine Detection
AI Answering Machine Detection is our own engine for answered calls. It listens to the first seconds of each call: a person goes to your rep, and a machine goes to the hang-up. It runs on our own servers.
The rule for AI voices
Under the FCC’s ruling on AI-generated voices, an outbound call that uses an AI voice needs the called person’s prior express consent. Any AI voice on outbound calls has to follow that rule.
